1) Several damp proofing systems available, cellars tanked, external DPC membranes installed:
all works fully guaranteed.

2) Full timber treatment service - Dry rot, Wet rot, woodworm and infestation treated professionally with environmentally friendly chemicals. Expert advice given on all fungi & insect problems.

3) Remedial cavity wall ties installed with thirty year guarantee, virtually unnoticable once installed from exterior.
Neatly pointed insertion holes in various colours to match surrounding masonry.

4) Additional ventilation installed to roof spaces/cellars etc.. Advice given regarding condensation problems and mould.
